Psst! Carrots! Carrots!

So I will admit it.... I was one of those girls. You know who I am talking about. One of those girls who loved Anne of Green Gables.

I often thought of myself as Anne, and would get lost in my imaginations of that life. Yes I would read and recite The Highway Man with as much vigor as she did, Yes I wore braided pigtails, Yes I named areas around my house with names like "Enchanted White Willowy Way", and Yes.... I have always wanted to find my Gilbert. The only solace I have is that I know I am not alone being that girl... I have met many kindred spirits throughout my life who felt the same way... and I know there are many more of you. For all of you I dedicate this picture.
